Make These DECISIONS on Your Eating Habits and Start Earning the Body You Really Want

When you can make intelligent decisions to the following questions, you will be well on your way to creating the body you want through proper eating habits:

Structured Days of the Week Eating Habits
  • When will you start this "Structured Day" nutritional plan?

  • What days of the week are your “Structured Days” going to be?

  • How many meals per day are you going to eat?

  • What are the specific times of your meals going to be?
